Norfolk Painting School Live Ltd is responsible for the creation and broadcast of content , including such automated emails as are necessary to allow you to access the service on your registered email address.

Norfolk Painting School Live Ltd can not be responsible for you receiving notifications , live stream, or associated services due to the set up of your home devices and your broadband connectivity.

We reserve the right to pre-record any scheduled classes should we need to.

We reserve the right to cancel access to this service at any time in which case your membership fee will be refunded pro rata 

We reserve the right to re-schedule dates of classes without prior notice or consultation if necessary.

This is a digital product and is non refundable or transferable once your membership has been activated by you. 

Access to on Demand services and the group may change without prior notice if necessary.

The last completed project and the current project will be available on demand only , on a rolling basis.

There is a time lapse of circa 24 hours between live broadcast and its on demand video being available .

 

StudioTalk

• StudioTalk Membership Cancellation  

• You have a statutory 14 day cooling off period from the date of your booking confirmation during which time you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund. Please be aware that if you download or stream any content, you will lose your 14 day right to cancel.  

• You lose your right to cancel your membership after the 14 day cooling off period.

• You can cancel your membership, subject to the above by emailing us at hello@norfolkpaintingschoollive.com

Physical Workshops 

• The course fee is charged in full at the time of booking, and is strictly non-refundable, BUT should you find that you are unable to make the dates that you have booked we will help you to transfer the course fee you have paid to another course subject to the following conditions

  • Please try to give us as much notice as possible, if you are unable to attend your course. We must receive notice in writing or by e-mail to info@norfolkpaintingschoollive.com before (not on) the start date of your course to be offered a transfer to a later date, otherwise your course fee will be forfeited in full.

  • We will only transfer your course ONCE, to an alternative course date, or an alternative course (should your first choice not be available), within three months after your original course start date, subject to a place being available.

  • We will also arrange for you to transfer your booking fee towards online tuition should you wish to.

  • In the event of your alternative course having a higher fee than your carried forward balance, you will need to pay the difference to confirm your new booking.

  • If you are unable to attend any alternative course or course dates we can offer, then your course fee will be forfeited in full.

Online Courses (Focus On, Simply, Masterclass etc)

When buying a class, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

 

Sales of tickets to Masterclasses, and other online courses or events with limited capacity are non refundable and non transferable (subject to your statutory rights under UK law)

Covid

All bookings including rearranged/deferred bookings after March 2020 , are strictly non refundable if we have to cancel or postpone your booking due to PHE or Govt guidance relating to Covid-19, however you will be able to transfer your booking to an alternative course date,  or an alternative course (should your first choice not be available), within 6 months after your original course start date, subject to a course being available, or use your course fee towards online tuition.
